AAROGYAMSURGICARE PRIVATE LIMITED is a healthcare coordination platform. We help patients connect with hospitals, doctors and insurers, and we coordinate the administrative aspects of planned treatment. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment ourselves.

All clinical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions and surgery — are made solely by qualified doctors and hospitals. Aarogyam does not influence or override the independent professional judgement of any healthcare provider.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• Use the platform only for lawful, genuine healthcare coordination purposes.
• Take independent medical advice before making any treatment decision.

Aarogyam acts as a coordinator and facilitator. To the extent permitted by law, Aarogyam is not responsible for:

• Clinical outcomes or the success of any treatment.
• Medical negligence or errors by hospitals or doctors.
• Insurance approval, rejection or settlement decisions made by insurers or TPAs.

Payments made directly to hospitals or doctors are governed by their own billing and refund policies. Where Aarogyam charges a separate coordination fee, the terms of our Refund Policy apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
